Washer Not Filling With Water: Causes and Fixes
A washer that won't fill usually has closed or low-pressure water supply, clogged inlet screens, kinked fill hoses, or a failed water inlet valve. Start by confirming both hot and cold taps are fully open, then clean the mesh inlet screens where the hoses connect to the machine.

Unscrew the fill hoses and clean the mesh inlet screens (they trap mineral scale and sediment).

Check home water pressure — most washers need at least 20 psi to fill in the allotted time.
